Authors who publish their work in Jurnal Al-Ta’lim agree to the following terms:

  • Retention of Copyright & Licensing: Authors retain copyright and grant Jurnal Al-Ta'lim the right of first publication. Simultaneously, the work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for any purpose, even commercially, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and its initial publication in this journal is acknowledged.

 

  • Self-Archiving & Post-Publication Distribution: Authors are permitted and encouraged to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository, personal website, or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in Jurnal Al-Ta'lim.

 

  • Preprint and Embargo Policy: To maintain the integrity of the Double-Blind Peer Review process, authors are requested not to post or distribute their submitted manuscripts (preprint version) on public websites or institutional repositories while the manuscript is still undergoing evaluation by this journal. Once the article is formally accepted or published, authors are fully encouraged to share and distribute the Accepted Version or Published Version online to increase citation and academic reach.
